2. Eat Healthy Foods

Eating right is key in maintaining your results and keeping the fat from sneaking back to your treated areas. Avoid foods that are high in saturated fat and trade in those sugary drinks for water. 5. Be Patient

By following your plastic surgeon’s post-op advice and taking good care of yourself while you allow your results to develop, you should be able to enjoy your beautiful figure for many years to come.
